Contractor workflows
Each contractor gets its own workflow, just like Wrike spaces. Statuses can be reused, reordered, and tied to one contractor folder only.
How this works
Folder owners only see the workflow assigned to their contractor folder. Admins can create one default workflow per contractor and edit every status from this panel.
Request forms
Create contractor-specific intake forms that drop new work directly into the right folder, subfolder, assignee, and workflow status.
Wrike-style behavior
Each form can seed a project, pick the contractor folder, default workflow status, and auto-assign the work. That gives you a repeatable blueprint for every new client intake.
Contractor spaces
Create a contractor folder from a blueprint. The setup can seed standard subfolders, a contractor workflow, a request form, and assign the contractor collaborator to that space only.
Access model
Admins see every contractor. Collaborators only see the folder mapped to their profile. That access is enforced in Supabase RLS and mirrored in the client UI.
